Grill

Grill is an electric, ultra-rapid salamander which gives you the possibility of grilling or cooking very fast with even results. This is done by means of some heating elements placed in the mobile cooking plate and protected by a glass-ceramic cover which lets the infrared rays pass through.

A FLEXIBLE SOLUTION

Two models available, with same functions but different dimensions, to satisfy market needs. You can have Grill with capacity 1 GN 1/1 or GN 4/3 for bulk production.
In the smaller version, the three heating elements cover a total surface of GN1/1 530x325 mm, but they can also work on smaller portions with the possibility of activating only the central element GN 1/3.

The capacity of reaching its working temperature so quickly means not only saving time. In fact, you can switch on your salamander only when you really need it. This brings you two more advantages:

1. Less heat in your kitchen or in the front cooking area;

2. Save energy up to 35%, compared to traditional salamanders.

FLEXIBLE

The height adjustment of the upper plate helps control heat distribution: plate completely down - higher temperature – strong au gratin cooking; medium position – cooking, grilling and au gratin cooking of more delicate food (sauces, cheese, vegetables); completely up – toasting of bakery products.

SIMPLE

The GN grid will be supplied as standard option, so that you can place your food without any extra tray or container. Under the grid you will find a tray to collect grease. You can even add some water in the tray to avoid extra smoke or smell due to grease burning or melting.

SAFETY

You can always remove the grid to check the cooking process with no need to lift the upper plate. The grid is in fact supplied with a safety block placed at the end of the sliding rails.

AUTOMATION

No matter if you are using trays, dishes or other different containers on the cooking grill, you can always activate or stop the cooking cycle pushing the detector bar placed behind the grid. This allows the chef to repeat automatically the same series of cooking cycles, using latest time set. You can activate this function with 1 or 3 heating elements, both for COOK&HOLD or HOLD mode.

CLEANING

After removing the tray for grease collection, the grid and the rails (dishwasher-safe), you can clean your salamander in few minutes. The protection film on the heating elements can be cleaned using traditional detergents and a simple cloth.

Grill can be placed everywhere.

Its portability is fundamental. Professional kitchens mean not only restaurants, but also catering, banqueting service or any other situation where you need to prepare and finish your plates on site.
